This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a food or drink category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a restaurant in the same shopping plaza or that combine several kinds of service, such as a market with an attached clinic or a strip-mall unit that also does phone repair or tax preparation. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated food write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting. Some of these are legitimate neighbors of the food businesses on this site, such as a nail salon or a laundromat in the same strip mall, while others are simply miscategorized on the source data and worth a quick call to confirm what they actually offer.

I love the mall but the experience I had with security last night was so frustrating. Goofy and goofier here were on a mission to prove why they were rejected from the secret service ๐Ÿ˜‚ they followed me and my kids all through the mall in the most unstealthy way possible. When we finally left I looked in the backup camera and there they were, taking a picture of my license plate! I got out and asked what the problem was and I was completely ignored. I never received a word or response from these idiots in yellow. I finally got answers from a police officer. Turns out one of my kids "looked like someone who was wanted for a local robbery". But when you truly looked at the picture the kid was not the same skin tone as my kids. One was an olive skin tone, long brown hair but my kid is white, long brown hair. The other was light skin and my kid is dark skinned, but both kids had bonnets on. Like come on now! Top Flight Security of the World. It is SO disrespectful to follow an adult all through the mall instead of just asking a simple question that could have resolved everything. I was ignored and my kids were profiled/stereotyped. I understand that mistakes happen, but the biggest mist

Franklin Mall is a great place to go shopping since it has so many stores. The ancore stores are JCPenny, Dillard's (Macy's closed) Dicks, and Cinemark. If you get hungry, you can grab a snack at the food court. They have many choices like chick-fil-a and Auntie Anne's etc. โ€‹If your kids get bored there is a play area and a train for kids to ride. The mall is very clean and safe, which makes it a great place to walk around. You can also stay late to watch a movie at Cinemark or play games at Dave & Busterโ€™s. I definitely enjoy visiting this mall. If you want to visit a mall that is not dead this is the place to go.

Franklin Park is a very nice mall with an awesome fountain. Lots of stores to choose from, and food court has a wide selection of food options. I will definitely be coming back.

I was there with a large party of people about 14 people took us over two hours to get our food. They were under staff overworked ran out of food for our inconvenience. Manager did try to cop us, but it was nowhere near worth the time we had to wait no apologies. Were enough for the long wait time I spent over $150 on my bill for terrible service and wait time.

This mall was surprisingly busy with just about every storefront occupied! It had all the typical shopping mall stores with a very large foodcourt of about a dozen different options. I was offered samples as I walked past a couple of them. I was here on a rainy day and to my surprise there's even parking garages with covered parking which was great! This mall is a good way to spend a day shopping or just going on a nice indoor walk.
